We are looking for an Account Manager who will confidently connect with new and existing clients, building and strengthening long-term bonds through insightful solutions and critical advantages.


You’re the missing link between our digital specialists and our clients. The day-to-day lead contact, receiving briefings, analysing them thoroughly and reformulating them for your colleagues so they can get to work in a focussed manner.

You don’t just receive the briefings. You anticipate well in advance, proactively proposing clients what they need before they even know they need it.

Our frontline (digital) strategist, that’s who you are. You know the client’s business just as well as ours, allowing you to constantly connect the dots and create added value.

You’re the embodiment of the client at our offices. You verify if the deliverables achieve the desired quality and whether they are aligned with the client’s strategic goals.

We count on you to provide clients with detailed budgets, plannings and estimation updates that you elaborate in close collaboration with the relevant project managers and heads of department.

Being in charge of your account plans, you prepare revenue forecasts and client development trajectories.

You cultivate close links with our project managers and production teams, collaborating in good spirit yet remaining demanding on high-quality deliverables.

You report directly to the Head of Digital.

As an experienced account manager (minimum 3 years) with proven digital skills, you impress us with your successful track record in a (digital) communications agency. 

Spotting commercial opportunities is your second nature. Once you’ve launched yourself into an opportunity, there’s no stopping you until the contract is signed, sealed and delivered.

You’re not even in the slightest bit phased when we say you'll work on some of our biggest clients from D-1 of your arrival.

Although a relevant Bachelor's or Master’s degree may not be a key requirement, we would consider it to be a testament to your acquired skills and inherent potential.

So do any other additional accreditiations, certificates, trainings… for that matter.

It helps if you’ve got good project management skills. Because, indeed, sometimes you’ll venture off into PM Land when a specific project requires this. 

Fast-moving, rapidly growing work environments are your cup of tea.

You eat, sleep and breathe digital. Your broad knowledge, curiosity and insights in the latest trends never stop to amaze us.

Big talker or not, your communication skills are excellent, effortlessly juggling numerous stakeholders at once.

It’s Brussels, baby. We expect you to perfectly master Dutch, French and English, written as well as spoken.
